Ruhr Valley is a full service general contracting firm based in Denver, Colorado, founded by brothers Brian, Tim and Darren Hommertzheim. 

The ground for Ruhr Valley was laid in 2007 with the start of the residential construction firm, H3 Development.  Upon popular demand, the principals at H3 have moved into custom requests for certain clients looking to reshape their current homes or create a new one.

Ruhr Valley brings years of experience in home design, build/rehabilitation and customer service to every project.  We  partner with the best architects, subcontractors and craftspeople for each specific project. 

Rooted in the values of our past in the Ruhr Valley of Western Germany, we work carefully and tirelessly to ensure your investment and your vision are in good hands.
